PMDU Cactus Tasks Part 4

Part 4 and final part of the Cactus Tasks for

When I have time in the near future, I'll make the cool fighting montage that this currently glosses over. Still, it's another great story part for Verith and Menda, so at the very least you can enjoy that.

As a funny side note, I tried making all pokemon proportional in these tasks, but the normal height amount went up to only 4 feet, so taller pokemon like Bass and the Gabite have to hunch over a bit to fit in the screen.
